The Law Breaker

Race route

The race starts on Upper Mill Street at the corner with Frederick Street. From here you head directly up the eastern slopes above Tillicoultry Mill Glen and onto the lung bursting ascent leading ultimately to the summit of The Law. Around the marshal you go before the leg ripping descent back the way you came to finish where you started. In total the race is approximately 5.4 kilometres with a combined ascent of 663 metres.

There will be no after race prize giving to save runners hanging about on a week night while results are compiled.

As such category winners will have a prize posted to them using details provided on the entry forms we will be utilising at registration.

The overall winner will however on the night receive the Alan Graham memorial trophy. This is in dedication to Alan who loved to walk and run the Ochil Hills, and was a resident of Tillicoultry until he sadly passed away from cancer in August 2008.
